Regional, small-batch extra virgin olive oil made from 100% organically grown Amfissis olives from rain fed groves of centenarian trees.
 
A well balanced olive oil with medium fruity intensity and a medium bitter and pungent aftertaste. The EU recognizes olive oil with polyphenol content above 250 mg/kg as high polyphenic. This batch of award winning extra virgin olive oil measured at 535g of total polyphenols, more than twice the standard for high polyphenol oils.
